How can we help?
What is a proxy?
A proxy is an intermediary server that routes your internet traffic, so websites see the proxy's IP address instead of yours.
What is the difference between residential and datacenter proxies?
Residential proxies use IP addresses assigned by consumer internet providers. Datacenter proxies use IPs hosted in data centers — they're typically faster and cheaper, but more easily identified as proxies.
How do I choose a proxy provider?
Start with the location you need, whether you need rotating or fixed (sticky/static) IPs, and your budget. The Compare page and the "Help me choose" tool filter our catalog by those needs.
Which countries are supported?
Supported locations vary by product and are listed on each product page. Where a supplier hasn't confirmed locations, we show "Not specified".
How does delivery work?
Each product shows its delivery method: automatic delivery, manual processing by our team, or delivery through the supplier's documented process. Delivery only starts after payment is verified.
How do I connect to my proxy?
Setup instructions are included with each order. Most products use a host, port, username and password that you enter into your browser, app or tool's proxy settings.
What happens if my order is delayed?
You'll be able to see the order status in your account. If an order hasn't been fulfilled within the stated time, contact support and we'll follow up with the supplier. [Store policy to be finalised.]
Can I request a refund?
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. [Policy to be finalised before launch.]
How do I contact support?
Use the contact details on our Help Center page. [Support channel to be added.]
